Your reading this right... on my birthday April 10, 2010, I will be returning to the northeast for the first time in almost 4-years.  K&S is presenting Wrestlefest VI: Spring Spectacular, at the Radisson Hotel in Carteret, NJ.  Carteret is just a few miles from Newark, NJ - just across the river from New York City.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Michael "PS" Hayes... PP3 Returning To Boston

Birthday wishes go out to my longtime friend Michael "PS" Hayes today. "The Original Freebird" and myself have a personal history that spans almost four decades.  Michael remains with WWE as one of the vice-presidents of the creative team.  I send my love and best wishes to him and his wonderful wife Lori this morning.

Boston's MILLENNIUM WRESTLING FEDERATION announced last evening that yours truly will be returning to the area on April 24th for a very special event, namely the retirement of the legend himself, The Iron Shiek.

LEGENDSMANIA in the history books...

This pic was taken with my cell phone camera when James E., and myself embraced after seeing each other for th first time in almost 4-years. We were at the pre-event party for LEGENDSMANIA this past weekend, March 12 & 13th, in Atlanta. I can't say too much about this guy, as I think the woeld of him and his lovely wife Stacey. I sure hope it's not 3 1/2-years before we see each other again. Even if it is, he is the type of friend that when ever we meet it seems like yesterday.

Our 19th Annual GULF COAST WRESTLERS REUNION is now in the history books. It was one of, if not the best ever. Our 20th Anniversary gathering is set for March 11th and 12th, 2011. Normally, we meet on the first weekend of March each year; however due to 2011 Mardi Gras, our dates had to be moved back one week. Reserve this date on your calendars NOW!

GCWR - Today thru Saturday

We've blogged about it for months, and talked about it with every member of the industry that I have had contact with, but the time is here. Our 19th Annual Gulf Coast Wrestlers Reunion (GCWR).

Our event is open only to those retired from, or currently in our business. It is not open to fans or internet reporters; first time attendees will have their credentials reviewed at the door. Grapplers from around the nation come to Mobile, AL the first weekend of every March. The GCWR does not have a website, we frown upon photos from our even being posted on fan sites, and our membership (who is there and who is not) is our business. Those within our brotherhood understand, those that are not will never understand.

It is still not too late to attend. You may register at the door, even as late as Saturday. If you have a wrestling event Saturday evening, no worries as the convention ends promptly at 4pm.

There will be a independent wrestling event Friday evening, March 5th, just 20-minutes from the reunion location. I am on that line-up, and will be in my son Daniel "D.J." corner against Rock and Roll Express Legend Robert Gibson. INDY WRESTLING EVENT - Friday, March 5th

I will be managing my youngest son Daniel "D.J. Pringle" at an independent wrestling event this Friday evening, March 5th, with a 8:00 pm belltime. The show is only about 20-minutes from the GCWR location. "DJ" will be facing ring legend "Rock and Roll Express" Robert Gibson. Come out and see us!
